Amy Duncan is an associate in the Firm's litigation department and practices in all areas of business litigation. Since joining the firm in 2006, Ms. Duncan has handled a variety of matters involving SEC investigations, fraudulent inducement, copyright infringement, entertainment and contract disputes. Ms. Duncan received her law degree in 2004 from Chapman University School of Law where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Chapman Law Review. During law school, Ms. Duncan also interned with the Department of Justice in the Office of Special Counsel of the Civil Rights Division. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Duncan served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable John M. Roll of the United States District Court, District of Arizona. Ms. Duncan is licensed to practice law in California. |
