Corey Eschweiler is a litigation partner in Christensen Glaser's Las Vegas office.  Mr. Eschweiler's practice is concentrated in complex commercial and business dispute resolution, with an emphasis in contract and real estate disputes and professional malpractice defense.  Mr. Eschweiler is practiced in a wide range of complex business matters, including franchise disputes, insurance coverage disputes, insurance bad faith and class action defense.  He is also experienced representing a variety of clients including developers, large and small business owners and national corporations.

Mr. Eschweiler was recognized as one of Las Vegas' Rising Stars in 2004 by the Las Vegas Review Journal In Business, awarded to the top 40 young professionals in the Las Vegas Metro area.

Mr. Eschweiler was born and raised in Cedar Falls, Iowa and received a finance degree, magna cum laude, in 1995 from the University of Northern Iowa.  Mr. Eschweiler received his Juris Doctor, with distinction, from the University of Iowa in 1998.  Mr. Eschweiler was admitted to the Nevada State Bar in 1998.

Mr. Eschweiler is active in the community.  He supports many children's charities and has been a member of the Executive Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Nevada since 2003.  Mr. Eschweiler organizes Las Vegas' annual Lawyer Bowl which has raised over $100,000 for the organization to date.  Mr. Eschweiler is committed to developing the local community, particularly on behalf of children's causes.

Mr. Eschweiler is a member of the Nevada State Bar and practices before and is a member of all the Federal courts in Nevada including the Supreme Court of Nevada, the United States District Court of Nevada and the United States Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit.
