Jim Mace is the managing partner of the Las Vegas office of Christensen Glaser and a leading authority in the Southwest real estate market. He has practiced law in Las Vegas for more than 15 years and has extensive experience in real estate development, specifically hotels, high-rise condominiums and mixed-use projects. He is a key figure in the vertical growth trend currently taking place in Las Vegas and is considered a leading attorney on condominiums, condominium hotels and mixed-use projects due to his extensive knowledge and experience. His expertise and commitment to client service have generated many high-profile clients including Turnberry Ltd., The Trump Organization, The Related Companies, Palms Place LLC, Fountainbleau Resorts as well as other national and international high-rise condominium and condominium-hotel developers. Mr. Mace has received recognition for his outstanding work by being named to the Chambers USA -- America's Leading Business Lawyers from 2002-2007. He has also been named to The Best Lawyers in America, Real Estate Law in the 2003-2007 editions. Mr. Mace graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1981. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Syracuse University College of Law in 1983. He also distinguished himself by serving in the 82nd Military Police company of the 82nd Airborne Division of the U.S. Army. Mr. Mace is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the Clark County Bar Association. He is also a member of the New York State Bar and the Florida Bar Association. He resides in Las Vegas, Nevada. |
