Peter Sheridan was born in 1960 in Van Nuys, California. He received Bachelor Degrees in Political Science and Speech Communication from California State University, Northridge, in 1983, and his Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law in 1988, cum laude. As a much honored college debater, collegiate debate scholarship recipient, Adjunct Professor coaching Debate Teams at both Northridge and Willlamette, and Law School Moot Court and Mock Trial Champion, Sheridan developed early on the oral advocacy skills he has brought to and developed at Christensen, Glaser, Fink, Jacobs, Weil & Shapiro, LLP.

Sheridan published several Law Review Articles while at Willamette, served as the Law Review's Editor-In-Chief from 1997 to 1998, and published an article on Grand Jury Subpoenas immediately following graduation in the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics in the Fall 1988 edition.

In 1988, Sheridan entered private practice with the law firm of O'Melveny & Myers in Los Angeles. In January 1990, Sheridan joined Christensen Glaser and became a Partner in 1996.

Mr. Sheridan has been involved in and personally trying cases almost since the day he arrived at Christensen Glaser. Now an experienced first chair trial lawyer, Sheridan litigates and tries cases in all courts and before JAMS and AAA on a variety of issues, including Corporate Governance, Securities, Environmental, Employment, Licensing, Unfair Business Practices, Construction Defects, Commercial and Environmental Insurance, and Commercial and Asset-Based Lending.

Among his other recent matters, Mr. Sheridan has handled complex construction defect cases involving five lawsuits in as many courts, multi-district fraud litigation, securities class actions in California and Delaware, a business interference and defamation case in Federal Court in New York and in the Belgian courts, and a two month corporate governance trial in California.

Mr. Sheridan resides in Pacific Palisades, California with his wife, Megan, and their two children.

Mr. Sheridan is a member of the California State Bar and practices before and is a member of all the Federal courts in California.
