LOS ANGELES — (BUSINESS WIRE) — Christensen, Glaser, Fink, Jacobs, Weil & Shapiro, LLP (Christensen Glaser), one of California's top law firms, has announced the elevation of three attorneys to partnership in the Firm. These promotions come as the Firm celebrates another banner year for its clients and itself.

"The talent and professional commitment of Jay, Amman and Jacqui was reflected in their accomplishments during their tenure at the Firm, and we congratulate them on their achievements," said Terry Christensen, the Firm's managing partner. "In their enhanced leadership roles, our clients will have even greater opportunities to benefit from the expertise of these highly talented and respected professionals," he added.

The Firm enjoyed another outstanding year in 2006, with expansion not only in the core legal practice areas, but also in several emerging markets internationally.

"Our Firm's success can be attributed, in part, to the confidence that our clients continue to place in us year after year," said Christensen. "They trust us to represent them in difficult and complex cases. They know that every attorney in our Firm is committed to providing the highest level of client service in the most efficient manner and have an outstanding track record of success," he added.

To keep pace with the Firm's traditionally steady growth, 12 attorneys have been hired in the last six months, including two 'of counsel' - Christopher Ritter, a 1989 Loyola Law School graduate and Michael Smarinsky, a 1978 graduate of Harvard Law School.

The Firm's 10 newest associates represent many of the nation's top-ranked law schools, and include: Graham Beckett; Dean Cheley; Alexander Chen; Amy Duncan; Josh Gluck; Dimitri Karagianides; Jennifer Provencher; Peter Scott; Sarah Weil; and Laurel Ziegler.
